An Appeal to The Community and Lovers of Good Food: As many of you know, The Director's Cut faces the possibility of closing its doors. But we do have a chance of staying open. We will most likely be closed the week starting Monday 4-12-10, but are hoping to reopen after that if we can raise enough money. So we make a humble appeal to the community for donations. If 100 people donate even $10, it would be a tremendous help. We realize it's unprecedented to ask the community for support in this way, but we know many of you care as much about small businesses in Binghamton as we do. If you can make a donation, you can drop it off at the cafe while you're there or mail to our address c/o Sarah Hill. You have our gratitude. We love to feed you and hope to keep doing so for a long time!

The Hollywood Experience
The sounds and sights of the cinema surround you when you walk into The Director's Cut. With movie soundtrack music playing and a call system consisting of more than 100 different actors' and actresses' headshots and names, you'll feel like a star when you walk through the door. Listen to the music and see if you can remember which movie it's from, or just relax and enjoy your meal. You can even rent our space for special events and parties that'll rival those of the red carpet.

The EPIC Challenge

One of our most famous burgers is called "the EPIC," which is a 2 1/2 pound burger that is served with a pound of our "PG" fries (that's Parmesan Garlic). Our "EPIC Challenge" is for customers who think they can eat the entire 3 1/2 lbs of food in 30 minutes or less - by themselves. If you are able to conquer this mighty meal you'll be rewarded with your name on our wall of EPIC Conquerors and a free T-shirt. But the EPIC isn't just for our brave challengers; come in with a friend and enjoy it together; take as much time as you like!
